We are located between Ormoc and Tacloban, Leyte. We are 6.3 km from the crossroads of the National Hwy and the new road to Biliran Island ---called the Coast hwy. The govt says the road will be open to Biliran Island by the end of the year. Parts of the road are now concreted and many parts are now being poured with concrete, some parts are typical brgy. road quality. We are approx. 16 km from Carigara.
Our area is very peaceful and quiet. There is no competition for pretty much any service you want to offer.
Our land is ocean front surrounded by tall mountains covered with our coconut trees. We harvest coconuts 4 times per year.
We have two or three ladies working on the flowers and gardens...one or two ladies in our home. 5 men that all do cement work or carpenter work or roofing or what ever is needed plus the coconut harvesters.
Help is plentiful and inexpensive. If you want to build anything....there is plenty of bamboo and trees to be cut for lumber, and tons of stone to build your design. A man with his chain saw will come and cut the size of lumber you want for about $100.00 USD and you will have a huge pile of lumber of every size. So building more buildings is a simple cheap task; cheap labor and almost free bamboo and lumber.

Our home sits above the resort about 6 stories with a cement stone pathway that will guarantee to keep your butt and leg muscles beautiful and tight. All rooms have huge windows, some windows are 12 feet tall, but all views are expansive and inspiring.
We have literally thousands of plants , many colors of flowers; what seems like miles of stone pathways, all sorts of flowers and bushes, all sorts of fragrances, many bamboo benches to rest your bones when you get tired, lots of lights at night to enjoy the cool of the evening and bright star-lite nights.
