NEGROS ORIENTAL IS HOME TO 1,000+ FOREIGN RETIREES.

The Dumaguete, Dauin and Zamboanguita areas and most areas in Negros Oriental are outside typhoon belt and are free from problems with terrorists, and kidnappers. These areas have very low crime rate.
