TSUNAMI-FREE PROVINCE!
Northern Samar is northbound and therefore NOT in or near any
possible
tsunami-areas at all. Besides, our beach has good protection
from huge
waves by two large coral reefs which break down all waves.
Therefore, we can guarantee our beachfront land buyers a tsunami-free

ABOUT THE RECENT ASIAN TSUNAMI
The Philippines was not hit by the Asian Tsunami that struck
many Asian countries and those countries situated on the Indian
Ocean coast.
ABOUT TYPHOON IN SAMAR
 Typhoon is not really a problem in this part of Samar, particularly
Bobon-Catarman area in Northern Samar. Proof of this is this
Nipa Hut built in January 2004 on the beach. After 1 year, this
Nipa Hut is still standing until now with its nipa roofing still
