Death forces sale of Adelyn's Fun Time Resort, established in 2008. Facilities include 6 native picnic cottages with a sink on each end, a round native picnic cottage, customer BBQ area with sink, karaoke, wine and snack bar with native cottage above. Separate mens and womens customer bathrooms and shower room. Recently added is Adelyn's Beach Inn, housing 4 overnight rooms with lobby. Three of the four rooms have air-con with modern bathrooms including sink, flush toilet and shower. Metal Spanish tile design roof with metal facia and guttering. Built of concrete on outer and inner walls it is solid construction and beautiful design. Unfinished upper area could be finished and used for additional rooms, workers rooms, storage etc. Finished cement water tower with large water tank and generator room for backup.

The beach is loaded with corals and shells and a beachcombers paradise. About 100 meters down is a black volcanic rock outcropping which extends out into the water about 20 meters. Very safe swimming with very calm waters in front, as we are set into a bay, with beautiful sunsets.

A little over 1/3 of the land is currently unused and could be used for many things to expand the resort, or build an owners house, flower gardens, etc.
