Franchise Package/Investment Requirement
We have four Franchise Packages for you to choose from according to location and size:
1.) For a Kiosk franchise, the investment requirement ranges between 450,000 pesos to 500,000 pesos, depending on the location. Franchise fee is 150,000 pesos-included in the franchise package.
2.) For a medium size franchise outside malls, the investment requirement ranges between 650k pesos to 700k pesos, depending on the location. Franchise fee is 200,000 pesos-included in the franchise package.
3.) For a medium size franchise inside malls like SM and Robinsons, the investment requirement ranges between 750k pesos up to 900k pesos, depending on the location. Franchise fee is 250,000 pesos-included in the franchise package.
4.) For a large size franchise inside malls like SM and Robinsons, the investment requirement ranges between 1.3 million pesos up to 1.5 million pesos, depending on the location. Franchise fee is 350,000 pesos-included in the franchise package.

- Submits market study to Cellular City.
4th Step – Cellular City franchise team
- Reviews market study submitted by franchise applicant
- Meets with franchise applicant to discuss result of market study, MOA signing, and partial payment of franchise fee worth 30% of the total amount.
- Contacts site owner and provide leasing requirements.
- Provide draft of Franchise Agreement for review by applicant (1 week)
- Meets with franchise applicant for franchise agreement signing and full payment of franchise fee remaining balance. Discuss the execution procedures.
- Close lease agreements.
