A Condominium
The UPTOWN CONDOTEL Advantage combines the luxuries of a full service hotel with concept of ownership of commercial (hotel and retail) condominium units.
UPTOWN CONDOTEL is fully owned and titles will be issued and transferred into the name of the Condominium Corporation in accordance with the Condominium Law.
Each individual unit [as well as all the “Common Areas”] in the building will be covered by, and owners will be issued a full Condominium Certificate of Title [CCT] representing their ownership in the Condominium Unit.
