House is 30 minutes away from the Provincial Capitol and city center downtown, to another SM shoemart mall opening this October. In the North of the city in Mandalagan about 10 kilometers further from the provincial capitol, another mall Robinsons Galleria is situated.
It is one hour or 45 minutes away from the nearest beach resort, south of the city in Hinigaran, 3 hours or 240 km to tourist destinations resorts in Sipalay. Santa Fe resort to the east of the city is 20 minutes away; the hot springs of mountain side resort Mambucal is 45 minutes. They are ideal for swimming, trekking, camping and picnic.
