One large arched window facing west is giving natural daylight in the entrance foyer and on the staircase.
A store room is build underneath the staircase with wooden shelves on 2 sides (L-shape). Storage area can be used as a kitchen pantry and/or equipment storage room.

Windows:

Made of treated mahogany wood with amber colored glass, all windows have decorative steel security bars mounted on the inside of the windows offering security and design.

Lanai:

The covered lanai of 42 square meters has a balustrade of white marble pillars with a solid marble top, brown ceramic floor tiles. Lanai has a fabulous view over the Strait of Tannon, Cebu island and on clear days Siquijor island.

Garden:

Fully landscaped with several different types of palm trees and one mango tree, different types of grass and large decorative bolders and old pots. Garden is not very large and is easy on maintenance.

Garage:

Space for 2 large cars, small laundry area and has a deep sink. Separate door leading to the foyer and one door leading to the side garden of the house.

Sewage:

Collected in own septic tanks consisting of 3 compartments. Tanks have separate man holes for easy access and cleaning.

Water supply and system:

Houses are connected to the main water supply from the local district. Water is potable and is originally fed from the mountains behind us.
A 2000 liters. st.sts. water tank is mounted on top of the care takers house which also hold the pressure tank and pump systems. A separate underground water cistern of 600 liters (raw water tank) is located on our own property for water storage. Hot water is provided by individual water heaters.

Generator:

No diesel standby generator has been installed but provisions for connections have been made for easy installment and hook up. "Brown outs" occur sporadically for short periods of time, usually on Sundays.

Electricity:

Provided by Noreco Co. and monthly billing is the norm. Individual meter is at the road side. Voltage is 220 Volt with 50/60HZ as is standard in the Philippines.

LPG Gas:

Kitchen stove and oven is operated by LPG gas (individual gas tank) safely/securely stored outside the kitchen window.
