This amazing property is located on the island of Busuanga, part of the Calamianes, province of Palawan.

30 minutes drive from the newly renovated airport of Coron, and 1 hour drive to the Municipality of Coron. A cemented road is under construction between Coron (the main municipality of Busuanga island) and the airport. I t will reduce the time travel to approximately 40 minutes to Coron.

The property has been under the same ownership (Sea Fun Beach Resort Inc) for more than 13 years

The 280 HA peninsula contain a large mixed variety of environments, white sand beaches on the east side, primitive jungle in the middle, old mangrove, pastoral land and coconut on the west side. A 3km man made trail links the east and west side of the property, ideal for horse back riding.

A small resort was built on the east side, as well as a private house. However this project has been abandoned since the year 2002 and extensive damages has occurred, requiring complete rehabilitation.


On the contrary the west side has been newly developed including a care taker house, a good storage building, a garage for the farm tractor, and a comfortable small house.

Landscape is very attractive with lots of coconut and mangoes trees. Ideal place for watching wildlife consisting of monkeys, monitor lizards and large flocks of exotic birds...as daily visitors.

Property can be accessed from the village of Maricaban on the east side or from San Jose on the west side. Each access required a small boat trip of 5-10 minutes.

Both Globe telecom and Smart have satellite tower nearby, making phone and even Internet connection possible.   

There is a small 4 Ha property insert in the south side of our large 280 Ha property. That lot has been sold before our own purchase of the property and has been developed into a Luxury Resort (Rio Y Mar) property of the well known Club Paradise, located itself on an island near our place.
