Directions:
From Manila (approximately 2.5 hrs) via new SCTex and NLEX super highways. Follow highway signs to SBMA. Once arriving into SBMA, follow the highway running parallel to Subic Bay to your right; pass the airport; follow the sharp left curve of the road to the end of the airport compound; pass Triboa bay APEC Villas and follow the winding road until you exit SBMA via its South (Morong) Gate. Once outside South Gate, follow the winding road and directions given to "Anvaya Cove".
Shortly after passing Anvaya Cove, you come to Morong junction. Turn right at this intersection. This road will take you across a few small bridges and to Morong, Bataan town proper.
Once you cross the main big bridge into town, go straight for a couple of blocks until major intersection and turn right going to the town hall, then take first left after the church. The entrance to Sunset Shores is at the end of that road at the guard gate.

FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY.
Changes/Request for rebooking shall be coordinated one (1) week in advance of original booked date. Reservation may only be transferred to another date within 2 months from payment date.
Refund policy for short term stays: if canceled 1 week before booked date, a 10% cancellation fees would be deducted from total amount of stay. Refund policy for long term stays, please contact by email or phone.

Check-out time: 12 noon
Kids, yayas and drivers are included in the maximum 15 guests occupancy. In case actual headcount exceeds the paid/booked 15 guests headcount, owner reserves the right to charge additional fees and must be coordinated in advance.

ABOUT MORONG
|
| Lies
in the western part of the province of Bataan, bounded on the
west by South China Sea, Bagac in the south, Abucay, Samal,
and Orani in the east, Hermosa and Dinalupihan in the northwest
and Zambales in the north. It is approximately 50.48 kilometers
from the capital town of Balanga and about 174 kilometers from
Manila. Its total land area is 21,920.00 hectares or 15% of
the total land area of Bataan. It is the second largest municipality,
next to Bagac. Has about 7,983 hectares included in the Subic
Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) reservation area and 9,694.99
hectares identified as water shed-primary growth forest area.
Has a total population of 18,731 as of 1995, comprising about
3.41% of the total population of the province of Bataan; it
is the least populated among the twelve municipalities.
Existing industries in Morong include mango/cashew production,
vinegar making from nipa palm nuts and basketry from jungle
vines. The tourism industry is also on an upswing with the
beautiful and untapped beaches of Morong being developed.
