THE SPACE
It's around 30 meters away from the sea. It’s fully furnished. All the furnishings are brand new, elegant and high quality furnishings. You have the whole house for yourself. All rooms are with aircon including the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking equipment. It has fast fiber optic internet, telephone and cable tv. With hot and cold shower in the 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a bath tub. Master bedroom has the access to the terrace. With furniture at the terrace to relax and enjoy the sea and mountain views.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The house is in a gated and guarded subdivision. It is quiet and peaceful. It's like living in a resort. The neighbors are friendly and mostly they are expats enjoying their retirement life. The subdivision is an 8 hectare property so you can leisurely walk along the beachfront promenade and around the subdivision. Sunrise is so beautiful here. There is an infinity pool for adults and kids and all guests are can use for free.

The new Minglanilla market is just 15 minutes’ walk where you can buy fresh seafood, fruits and vegetables. Supermarket such as Gaisano, La Nueva, and Prince Warehouse Club are just 5 minutes ride.

Oslob whale watching, Kawasan Falls, Moalboal Beach is around 2 hours driving.

Rate of 2,500 PESOS PER DAY EXCLUDING ELECTRICTY

Rate is not including electricity. Upon check in and check out the electric meter will be read. Electricity charges will be calculated based in the actual Kilowatt hours consumed multiplied by kilowatt hour rate of 10.50 pesos. A deposit of 500 pesos x the number of days will be collected upon check in. Any excess will be refunded upon check out. The meter reading will be checked from time to time. If the deposit will be consumed an additional deposit will be required.
